Right, I reckon that your machine doesn't have the expat-devel.ARCH (where ARCH will be i386 or x86_64 as appropriate for your system) package installed. I'd recommend that you install that package and rerun.

However, you can build Geant4 directly without that package if you require as your configuration is actually successful as the lines:

-- Configuring done
-- Generating done
-- Build files have been written to: 

indicate. The reason is that Geant4 ships with the Expat source code so that if Expat isn't present on the system, the internal 'G4Expat' will be used instead. We don't recommend this on Linux, simply because there are good packages for Expat available on all distros, but the functionality is there if you need it.
