There's no real difference between installing on a PC and cluster, other than making sure the location in which your install Geant4 is visible across all nodes in the cluster. The best step by step guide if you're using 9.4 or below is the SLAC Guide. For 9.5 and above, the current Installation Guide should be consulted.

Depending on your cluster policy, and assuming you yourself are not the sysadmin, you could ask the sysadmins for a central install of Geant4 on the system.
