Warning -lgcov doesn't work with clang on Mac OS X Lion

I've been scratching my head why Gate didn't want to compile. After fixing many other problems it stops with the following error:

Creating shared library tmp/Gate/libGate.dylib ...
ld: library not found for -lgcov
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)
make: *** [tmp/Gate/libGate.dylib] Error 1

I greped from "gcov", but wasn't able to find it in Gate, until I realized that this switch was hidden somewhere deep in Geant4 and is still present in 9.5 (I'm using 9.4 since Gate has not been ported to 9.5 yet).

I'm not sure what this switch does in other compilers, but clang doesn't seem to be happy about it and I wasn't able to change the compiler in Gate (might be a problem in Gate). In any case, I would be very grateful if something would be done against this switch. I'm aware that it might only be used for the old installation option, but if it doesn't work ...

I'm not sure at which places it has to be fixed, but at least

./config/sys/Darwin-g++.gmk: $(CXX) -dynamiclib -single_module -lgcov -undefined dynamic_lookup \
./config/sys/Darwin-g++.gmk: $(CXX) -dynamiclib -single_module -lgcov -undefined dynamic_lookup \

Thank you,
