Just a quick question regarding the cross compatibility of Geant4 and its code across different operating systems.
I have coded extensively using geant4.9.3 and am at a point where I'm considering porting some of this code to run on a linux farm.
I assume I'd need to download the version of Geant4.9.3 for Linux and install it on the system, then copy over my code, compile and run.
If it's this simple, I'll be fine. If there are any other steps needed or precautions to take in installation, then I would appreciate some advice/feedback.
