To echo Joseph's comments, we would welcome further input from Windows (and Mac!!) users on the new CMake based build system (and of course generally). So far the binary packaging on these platforms has been at a lower priority, though the basic CMake/CPack stuff is in place. On Windows the intention will be to provide an NSIS based installer, and a standard dmg wrapped PackageMaker installer on Mac, so we'd welcome thoughts and/or comments on either of these potential solutions.
