Now earlier in this thread you had a working Geant4 installation and example program, so what have you changed since then?

You have, in your .bashrc, set your own Geant4 environment variables and sourced the Geant4 env.sh script. I would recommend that you don't set Geant4 specific environment variables in your .bashrc, just source the env.sh script. It's possible there's some conflict here, especially as the path in this section

G4TrajectoryDrawerUtils.cc:(.text+0x21f3): undefined reference to `G4Polyline::~G4Polyline()'
/home/nakamura/geant4.9.3.p02//lib/Linux-g++/Linux-g++/libG4modeling.a(G4AttFilterUtils.o): In function `G4AttFilterUtils::GetNewFilter(G4AttDef const&)':
G4AttFilterUtils.cc:(.text+0x1213): undefined reference to `G4AttUtils::GetKey(G4AttDef const&)'

looks wrong. Well, not completely wrong as it has picked up the G4modelling library, but I would have expected it to read

  • /home/nakamura/geant4.9.3.p02/lib/Linux-g++

Cheers,

Ben.
