It appears that the option to build with the Win32 OpenGL drivers is the culprit. If I use the default 'n' for this option, the dll's build without error. I'm guessing that this has to do with the fact that the source code for the X windows OpenGL drivers are built along with the Win32 drivers, and that the lack of a library for the X windows OpenGL causes the linking error.

I'm going to try and just delete the X windows source and see if that allows the OpenGL drivers for Win32 to be properly built. Suggestions are welcome.
