Question OpenGL driver?

Forum: Installation and Configuration
Date: 20 Aug, 2009
From: Chris <Chris>

Dear All,

I am installing geant4.9.2.p01 on Ubuntu 9.04. Everything seems to work fine except that it cannot locate the OpenGL driver during Configuration.

If I do

  > locate OpenGL

I get

  /usr/lib/libQtOpenGL.so.4
  /usr/lib/libQtOpenGL.so.4.5
  /usr/lib/libQtOpenGL.so.4.5.0

Could anybody tell me what is the name of the OpenGL driver that the geant4 configuration is looking for? I have tried some soft links without any luck, the configuration is still telling me:

    OGLHOME/include
    OGLHOME/lib
You have selected to use OpenGL driver.
But it was not found in expected place.
Please specify the correct path where OpenGL is installed in your system.
You can set '-' (without quotation) to CANCEL the OpenGL flag at all:

Any ideas?

Cheers /Christian
