it looks to me there is a bit of confusion here.
a] It is definitely NOT the case to copy (and duplicate) a class which comes from the kernel
    of Geant4 and place it inside your example. You're just seeking for problems.
b] $G4INCLUDE in the -original- Geant4 installation points to the area where the headers
    may have been optionally installed. This area can be of course read-only if you (or your
    system manager) installed Geant4 on a centralised area on AFS, and you are NOT supposed
    to modify it !
Now, the 'cp' command is certainly not attempted by Geant4 and don't know why it appears
in the log you are showing.

If you wish to make any change to files in the kernel of Geant4, I suggest you to install
Geant4 locally in your home directory and play -at your own risk- directly there...
