Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are only interested in one thread or the thread following a specific posting, click the thread or the posting, which takes you to a smaller page, which contains only the part you are interested in and may be easier to navigate.
Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.
Inline: Display the subject line only or also the text of the posting(s); for the choice "All" the "Outline" choices are switched off.
|1||0||1||no text / full text of posting|
|2||1||All||text for level 1 only / text for All postings|
Outline: Choose the depth of the posting thread, successive toggle controls provide increasing detail.
|1||2||1||2 levels / 1 level (original posting)|
|2||3||2||3 levels / 2 levels|
|3||3||All||3 levels / all levels (all postings)|
Hi Guofu, > cp: cannot create regular file `/afs/ihep.ac.cn/bes3/offline/sw/packages/geant4/4.9.0/slc4_ia32_gcc346/geant4.9.0.p01/include/G4MuonMinusCaptureAtRest.hh': Permission denied > make: *** [/afs/ihep.ac.cn/bes3/offline/sw/packages/geant4/4.9.0/slc4_ia32_gcc346/geant4.9.0.p01/include/G4MuonMinusCaptureAtRest.hh] Error 1 > It seems to copy G4MuonMinusCaptureAtRest.hh to $G4INCLUDE, but no right to create file. > I don't know why to execute this command, is it necessary? In previous version > (like geant4.8.1), no such problem. And how to avoid this problem in Geant4.9.0? it looks to me there is a bit of confusion here. a] It is definitely NOT the case to copy (and duplicate) a class which comes from the kernel of Geant4 and place it inside your example. You're just seeking for problems. b] $G4INCLUDE in the -original- Geant4 installation points to the area where the headers may have been optionally installed. This area can be of course read-only if you (or your system manager) installed Geant4 on a centralised area on AFS, and you are NOT supposed to modify it ! Now, the 'cp' command is certainly not attempted by Geant4 and don't know why it appears in the log you are showing. If you wish to make any change to files in the kernel of Geant4, I suggest you to install Geant4 locally in your home directory and play -at your own risk- directly there... Gabriele
