Thank you for your help. I already found the mistake. You were right, it was in geometry. I forgot to change parameter nY*nZ in next ...

  G4VSensitiveDetector* EMCalorimeter;

  G4SDManager* SDman = G4SDManager::GetSDMpointer();
  G4String calorimeterSDname = "/EMCalorimeter";

  EMCalorimeter = new ExN03CalorimeterSD(calorimeterSDname,nY*nZ,"CalCollection");

  SDman->AddNewDetector(EMCalorimeter);
  logicAbsorber->SetSensitiveDetector(EMCalorimeter);

I had constant there before and therefore, when i tried to change to more segments it was segmentation fault

I am sorry for this simple mistake, but thank you for your help anyway.
