Hi,

I think you may need to check the signal of each pixel of a event.
There are several way to do so, and all of them request you to
develop some code.

If I simplify your requirement as:

  - only the pixels should be counted, that pixel output is larger than threshold.

the following solution may be considered.

1) Use G4PSEnergyDeposit primitive scorer for accumulating
energy deposit of each pixel of a event.

2) Use EventAction for checking energy deposit in each pixel
with threshold.

These code developments will depend on your geometry etc.

I think the examples/basic/B4/B4d/ is good for learning how to do it.

1) B4dDetectorConstruction.cc
   - Attach the G4PSEnergyDeposit to your geometry

2) B4dEventAction.cc
   - Access the pixel output collection
   - Get the pixel output of each pixel.
( EndOfAction method and GetSum method will be good to learn. )

Cheers,
