Question Energy deposition via ion particle with RadioactiveDecay process

Hi all,

I am working on recording energy deposited in a water phantom.  I have defined sensitive detectors to process hits in all the water cells.  I got the program to compile and run.  However, I am trying to understand the results from the tracking versbose.  Here is the macro file that i used to generate the result below.

this is the tracking verbose from the very first primary particle.  Why is the kinetic energy (KinE) set at 1 MeV and the energy deposited (dE) is 1 MeV for the following step? It looks there 1 MeV is the default value set somewhere in a function.  Does anyone know what this means? In this regards, do I not count this track as part of the energy deposited in this run?

I attached the codes where the physicslist are defined.  The physics definition is similar to that used in examples/extended/runAndEvent/RE02.  But I will attach for clarify.  let me know if any of you have any thought on this question.  I can include more files if needed.
