Question Can I directly get the data about isitope concentration in target after the run?

Hi. I'm working at ACTIVATION OF ALUMINUM WITH ARGON BEAM simulation. I'm interested in 22Na and 7Be activated in Al (with some impurities) target by Ar+18 beam at 500Mev/n. My target is separated into several flat cylingers. And I'm looking for a way to determine isotope concentration in target materal after the radiation (to build the depth profiles of isotopes activated by argon beam). Is there a tool in geant so I can directly get the data about isitope concentration in target after the run? Or if not - wthat is the simpliest way to find out how many isotopes were activated? Should I track every particle reaction chain? Thanks. Appreciate any similar examples and methods given.
