Solution depends on the number of event you simulate in a run
and also the complexity of each event. Also, it depends on
how you want to deal with each individual hit at the end of
the run.

If number of event is reasonablly small and size of each event
is also small, just use G4RunManager::SetNumberOfEventToBeStored
method and keep all events until the end of the run.

If size of required memory for storing all events is far beyond
acceptable amount, you have to write hits of each event to a file
and access to the file at the end of the run.

If you just want to accumulate energy deposition in each calorimeter
cell upon all events in a run, just utilize a histogramming
package.
