There is no easy way to do this, but you could try:

1) Loop over tracks after the capture and test that they are created by the capture process. Do this by calling track->GetCreatorProcess() and checking the process name.

2) Then get the particle by doing track->GetDynamicParticle().

3) Once you have the dynamic particle you can check that the track is a nucleus, and also look at things like mass, charge, momentum, etc.
