The physics list you are using (LHEP_HP) uses parameterised models to model interactions of anti-neutrons, i.e. Gheisha based modeling. With this you also use cross sections obtained from Gheisha. The data used for tuning the parameterisation is much older than LEAR.
The data you refer to, is this the measurement published by Obelix in Physics Letters B, Volume 475, Issues 3-4, 2 March 2000, Pages 378-385 ?
I do not know of any hadronc process/model in Geant4 which would allow to better reproduce this anti-neutron interactions. Above about 130-150 MeV, the (dis)agreement is much smaller than for lower energies, so one would need to understand what causes he increase in cross section below 100 MeV.
To improve the simulation, a new parameterization of the cross section and a model for the interaction itself would be needed.
