Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are only interested in one thread or the thread following a specific posting, click the thread or the posting, which takes you to a smaller page, which contains only the part you are interested in and may be easier to navigate.
Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.
Inline: Display the subject line only or also the text of the posting(s); for the choice "All" the "Outline" choices are switched off.

I did a full simulation. I shot pi+ into carbon volume of 1cm*1cm*1cm and counted the number of events for each interaction process. Inelastic is further divided into pion absorption, pion charge exchange, and others, depending on secondary particles. If there is no pion in secondaries, the event is classified as pion absorption. If a pi- or pi0 is emitted, the event is counted as charge exchange.
I attached two plots for pi+ - carbon cross sections.
piplus_carbon_default.eps is for corr_fac=0.2(default in geant4).
piplus_carbon_factor1.eps is for corr_fac=1.
With default setting, all other cross sections except for pion absorption reproduce data at some level.　In case of corr_fac=1, the simulated pion absorption cross section reproduces data very well.
This is all I have now.
