I am simulating a neutron spallation source ,using 1.2GeV proton to hit Pb target to generate neutrons, and the neutron and gamma spectrum are collected. I have found that G4BinaryCascade for proton at incident energy between 65MeV and 6.1GeV is used in cosmic_charging advanced example, and according Physics Reference Manual, G4CascadeInterface for proton can be used at incident kinetic energies between 100 MeV and 5 GeV. So I have used both of each respectively, but there are some differences between their results of recording spectrum.
My question is :which physics list should I use, G4BinaryCascade or G4CascadeInterface or some other physics list?
