Thank you for your advice!

I tried QGSP_BERT with adding these lines in main() and it seems QGSP_BERT works good! 
(It produces more ions than I expected, though...)

G4VUserPhysicsList* physics = new QGSP_BERT;
runManager->SetUserInitialization(physics);

Now I would like to change the default cut of QGSP_BER (700um) to 1cm.
In that case, do I need to change the source file in geant4/source/physics_lists/builders?
(or is there any easier/safer way?)
