None Slow neutron gains energy with hElastic process (using QGSP_BERT_HP)

Hello geant4 expert,
 I have a question about QGSP_BERT_HP. I've simulated slow neutron (KE = 1 eV) which 
interaction with material (ex. Fe) by using QGSP_BERT_HP. I've found a small amount of 
neutrons can gain energy and from tracking report, it shows ProcName is hElastic. I'm not 
sure that it is reasonable or not.
