Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are only interested in one thread or the thread following a specific posting, click the thread or the posting, which takes you to a smaller page, which contains only the part you are interested in and may be easier to navigate.
Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.

Dear Gao, which version of hadrontherapy you are using?
It is possible you are using a different cut value for patient and phantom. If you look at HadrontherapyPhysics.cc you'll try two different cut values: the first one (default cut) for each element of the beam line and the second one (cut per region) applied just to the phantom. This configuration implies that many secondaries, produced inside the phantom, are not produced inside the patient. So, check your cut values, try to set default cut with the same value of the phantom cut and verify if you can see the same interactions in both volumes. Consider that a small cut value for each element of the beam line implies longer simulation time. Thatís why a cut per region can be useful if you need a good level of precision only inside the phantom, where the energy is deposited.
