thank you for your responce!
In my visualisation, I can see the obvious red tracks which are 
secondary electrons and green tracks which are the gamma rays in Phantom when 
I use 250 Mev proton.
But in Patient I can't see the either red or green tracks except 
the proton beams in blue colour for 250 Mev Proton beams ( Proton can pass
Phantom and go through the patient). From the HadrontherapyDetectorConstruction.cc, 
both Phantom and Patient refered to the same water. So I didn't see
any interaction between proton and patient.
