To which example are you referring?  In most cases when neutrons are 
important, the HP models should be used exclusively between 0 and 
19.5 MeV.  The other models, like LCapture can then be used for higher 
energies.

If you set the lower limit on the model to 19 MeV, of course you will 
miss all the lines between 0.19 and 19 MeV which are included in that 
model.
