Hi Victor,

Thank you for reporting possible bug fig for this problem. I also investigated and concluded that the problem caused by current Uranium data in G4NDL. The Uranium data in current G4NDL(v3.11) is untouched since G4NDL3.7. (Last version of Hans Peter Wellich controlled). However the data have several problems. (It looks like uncompleted version, especially in fission.) I already created new and complete data for Uranium from ENDF files from scratch. With new data, there is no strange peak around 20MeV. However because of “Export Control” of US, I left the data untouched. About "uncompleted Uranium data and Export Control", I did report Geant4 collaboration more than a year before. However nothing happens since my report. So this is my understanding for this problem.
