Hello,

It should be your choice to use or neglect inelastic interactions between 
pprojectile proton and deuterons. In any case you need to use EM physics, 
you can consult 

$G4INSTALL/examples/extended/electromagnetic/TestEm7

and/or other examples. If any questions on EM physics, please, use EM 
forum.
