Question Strange behaviour of QGSP

Keywords: QGSP, random number

We encounter a very strange problem with QGSP.
Starting with novice example N03, if we generate, let's say 500 events,
then re-generate 500 events using the saved random status, the 1000
events should be identical to a continuing run for 1000 events with
the same initial random number seeds.
This is true if we run this example(nothing changed). This is also
true if we change random engines.
However, if we use physics list QGSP, and pi- as the primary particle
in this example, the 1000 events from two runs is differnt from the
1000 events from one continuing run!!!

We found this problem in Geant4.8.1.p01. As we move to Geant4.9.0, the
problem is still there.

Any comment? Anything uncommon in QGSP?
