None aborting execution with negative neutron energy

I'm doing calculations with geant4.9.0 in Bonner spheres (out of PE). I have done may calculations (first all was ok) with neutrons of energy 10meV to 19.9MeV. I'm using thermal scattering and HP-Physics. Now I see, that some of the jobs that I started on our cluster (SuSe-Linux) have failed with the following message:

Final state energy was: E = -1.13687e-13
In src/, line 41:
===> G4HadFinalState: fatal - negative energy
In src/, line 41:
===> G4HadFinalState: fatal - negative energy
 G4HadronicProcess failed in ApplyYourself call for
 - Particle energy[GeV] = 7.1490831e-11
 - Material = PE
 - Particle type = neutron

In the error file of the Job:

*** G4Exception : 007
      issued by : G4HadronicProcess
GeneralPostStepDoIt failed.
*** Fatal Exception *** core dump ***

*** G4Exception: Aborting execution *** /var/spool/N1-Grid-Engine-6/um01seke25of96mngt/job_scripts/554386: line 7: 27501 Aborted (core dumped) nohup ./bin/Linux-g++/exampleRE02 ./inchRun/run_45.mac >run45_Cd.out

What can be wrong????? Has this occured before? (I looked into the frorum and the bugreports but found nothing)

Greetings, Sylvia
