Relatively short-lived particles like D0 are not automatically given 
decay tables as are pions, kaons, etc. because in most HEP applications
there is a generator stage which decays the D0 before Geant4 gets to it.
In that case, if the D0 and its decay is specified in Geant4, there could
be double counting.

If you are not using a generator, then you can add by hand the decay 
channels to the D0.   You can do this by deriving your own D0 class
from the Geant4 one, or by directly modifying the class in your
copy of Geant4.   To see how to do this, please the code for K+ (e.g.)
