Hi!

This a very straightforward and simple question so I hope I get some feedback, especially from you VI.

I'm doing a low energy Xe full cascade. As I guess this doesn't exist in Geant4 I'll implement it. Still, I need the Xe-ion -> Xe-atom/nucleus scattering process, so my question is what's the best physics process to use as It seems to be a huge variety of Hadron/Ion elastic/inelastic scattering/collision processes in Geant4 ?

I will of course also need the cross sections. The idea is to permit nuclear recoils, obviously, with the final goal of a full cascade.

When I say low energy I mean bellow 150 keV, for example.

Thanks in advance, hope to get an answer, ricardo pinho, LIP-Coimbra.
