None Strange reaction in the LHEP_BIC_HP

Dear Geant4 experts,

I encountered a mysterious event using geant4.8.1.p02 (hadronic package LHEP_BIC_HP). It is related to the "hElastic" process. The event happened in the interaction with incident neutrons. In order to check the reproducibility of the event, I did test using novice/exampleN03 in the way hereinafter prescribed.

(1) change the gap material in the "src/ExN03DetectorConstruction.cc" for simplicity

    SetGapMaterial("liquidArgon"); --> SetGapMaterial("Lead");

(2) include the hadronic package from $G4INSTALL/examples/extended/hadronic/Hadr01

    copy "GNUmakefile","src/PhysicsList.cc","src/PhysicsListMessenger.cc","include/PhysicsList.hh",
    "include/PhysicsListMessenger.hh" from above the directory

(3) edit "GNUmakefile" and "exampleN03.cc" and then compile

(3-1) in "GNUmakefile"

      name := hadr01 --> name := exampleN03

(3-2) in "exampleN03.cc"

      #include "ExN03PhysicsList.hh" --> #include "PhysicsList.hh"
      .....
      G4VUserPhysicsList* physics = new ExN03PhysicsList; 
        --> G4VUserPhysicsList* physics = new PhysicsList;
      .....
      runManager->Initialize(); --> //runManager->Initialize();

(4) run the program in the interactive mode

    PreInit> testhadr/Physics LHEP_BIC_HP
    PreInit> run/initialize
    Idle> tracking/verbose 2
    Idle> gun/particle neutron
    Idle> gun/energy 100 MeV
    Idle> run/beamOn 1

as the result after a few times of "run/beamOn 1", I saw the information below

In the step of 21th (=Step# 20), the incident neutron consumes the energy in "hElastic" process, but no recoil particle exists.

I do not know what the event is. Thanks for your help.
