Hello,

I would first comment, that applicability range of the Binary Ion cascade
is wider than it is specified in the web manual. To my knowledge the
specification has theoretic arguments. In practice, it was shown that
higher Z can be simulated and slightly higher eneries as well.
Unfortunatelly, your energy 100 GeV/u is out of the model validity.

For today, there is probably only one extra possibility: an interface to
the external package JQMD, which well established. I am not an expert in
it, do not know upper limit, experts are at SLAC and KEK. Please, contact
them.
