The hadronic processes do not currently recognize user-defined isotope
abundances, so you will always get natural abundances.   To allow the
processes to recognize user-defined abundances requires rather deep 
modifications of the code.  This work has been done and is in the process
of being tested, so it should be available in the next patch or
release of Geant4.
