I'm having trouble shifting a simulation from geant4.7 to 4.8.2, and I think the problem might lie in changes in the hadronic processes files. I'm simulating neutrons scattering in various materials, and whenever the updated simulation has to follow a recoil particle (say a C12 atom in organic scintillator or something), the program goes on an infinite loop without killing the particle.

One can find part of a verbose output at:

pantheon.yale.edu/~whl5/output.txt

As one can see, the proton and neutron seem to track fine, but then the program goes on forever with the C12. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Hugh
