Dear Geant4ers,

I use Geant4.7.1.p01 with G4NDL3.8 to simulate the neutron capture process.
It works well and figures out the right final state with capture by Hydrogen.
Howerver when neutrons are cptured by Carbon, the final state is totally
unexpected. I modified G4NeutronHPCapture.cc and printed the emission gamma
information as following:
======> EVENT:11
 gammaNum        = 1
 capGammaE       = 4.9464
 capTime         = 196.816
 capGammaEsum    = 4.9464

======> EVENT:28
 gammaNum        = 3
 capGammaE       = 4.94639,
                  4.94638, 3.6844
 capTime         = 13.2572
 capGammaEsum    = 13.5772

======> EVENT:474
 gammaNum        = 1
 capGammaE       = 4.94639
 capTime         = 3.88993
 capGammaEsum    = 4.94639

======> EVENT:494
 gammaNum        = 1
 capGammaE       = 1.26199
 capTime         = 396.716
 capGammaEsum    = 1.26199

======> EVENT:1125
 gammaNum        = 2
 capGammaE       = 4.94639,
                  4.9464
 capTime         = 113.345
 capGammaEsum    = 9.89279

As I know, the emission gamma energy must be 4.94639MeV or 1.26199+3.6844MeV. The data file G4NDL3.8/Capture/FS/6_nat_Carbonthe also gets me know the gamma total energy should be 4.95MeV or so. As a result, it can't produced multiple 4.94639MeV gammas.

Can anyone give a explain to the wrong Geant4 output? Thanks in advance!

Liang Zhan
