I am do using geant4.8.0.p01. CATANA group already tested the dose profile with good results.

Regarding the activity, I cannot compare my results with Oelfke's, since we have not yet implemented the conversion between isotope 
density and activity (to be done soon). We are using Parodi and Enghardt, 
Phys. Med. Biol. 45 (2000) for a rough comparison (they simulate 70 MeV protons, with FLUKA).
You can now find our isotope linear density at http://www.pi.infn.it/~vecchio/work/CS/. 
Simulation are performed in PMMA with a pencil proton beam 
(10^7 events) of 62 MeV. We are not able to reproduce the profile distal edge
 nor the the total amount of isotopes produced.
