None 4.8.1 upgrade problem

Iíve just updated to 4.8.1 and I am getting odd results.

Iím using the exact same code to compile using both 4.7.0p1 and 4.8.1 and I get very different results. The only difference between them is a different .csh file to set things up and a different make file. Below is a bit of a run for both 4.7 and 4.8

The first shows 4.7.0p1 and it appears to be working properly

The only secondary particles that are created are protons of the exact same energy of the incident neutron (every single time) as if itís not using the cross-sections correctly or something.

The physics lists were compiled and they appear in the proper location. Plus during compile it found LHEP_PRECO_HP as expected. The G4cout statement also indicates that it found G4NDL3.9.

Any suggestions as to what could cause this type of behavior or what I can do to troubleshoot this more?
