I concur this solves the problem.

I cant believe I’ve gone so long without understanding something so basic. If I could be so bold as to make a suggestion: an extra sentence in the User’s Guide for Application Developers (section 2.3.4 Define a Mixture by Fractional Mass) to drive this point home may save other users from making the same mistake I was making.

Thanks for putting up with whatever fractionalmass of a brain I have left.
