I would suggest to run TestEm7 with Elastic Scattering on to be sure 
that it is working in standard conditions.

If you are using your own variant of PhysicsList, then it are more 
chances that something is going wrong, probably you need to control, which 
processes are instantiated to each particle and compare the difference 
with the standard case.
