Hi Benoit, Marcus,

   This problem is known to us and we are working on a solution.  Not
only the ChooseAandZ method needs to be changed, but the 
GetMicroscopicCrossSection method and some methods in the cross section 
data sets.     
Currently the only models that pay attention to user-defined
isotope abundances are the high-precision neutron models.
