I would like to second a request for this being enhanced.

Currently, in G4HandronicProcess.cc::ChooseAandZ(), the code _always_ selects the isotopes from the default G4StableIsotopes() tables. This code should be modified to check if the material has explicit isotopes, and if so, use the abundances from the material declaration rather than from the default tables.

Should this be redirected to bugzilla?
