Question Strange results of 10B(n,2a+t) reaction

I've been simulating fast neutron (1 to 10MeV) interactions on a thin 10-Boron nitride, and I ran into strange results of 10B(n,2a+t) reaction. When this reaction happens, total deposited energy of 2 alphas and a triton is way over what I expect. I looked up its Q-value on NNDC website and it is only 0.32MeV. Has anyone noticed the same issue with mine? I use version 4.10.3 with G4NDL 4.5. My physics list is QGSP_BERT_HP.

Below is a snippet from my tracking results. For a fast neutron of 6.86MeV, I get 4.12MeV alpha, 3.58MeV alpha, and 4.85MeV triton as reaction products. I noticed events of high energy in my simulation results, and I tracked down these events are from 10B(n,2a+t) reactions. If I change 10-Boron to 11-Boron in the material composition, I don't observe these events.
