You'll be looking for "hadronic inelastic" interactions. Spallation in G4 isn't a separate process, but just one of the outcomes of a hadron hitting a nucleus. You can further narrow down what happened by looking at the secondaries, e.g., are they just neutrons, plus maybe some relaxation X-rays?
