Question Tc-99m decay is wrong?

Forum: Hadronic Processes

When I use RDM to decay Tc-99m, I'm getting a 142-keV gamma rather than a 2 keV conversion electron and a 140-keV gamma. Is this a known "feature" or is there some trick to getting the correct decay? I'm pretty sure that I've got the correct excitation energy (here is the command line: /gps/ion 43 99 0 142.68) and that it is initially populating the 3rd level (2nd excited state) of Tc-99 correctly.
