 Since a week, I try to find a simple and "natural" way to modify the energy range of nRadCapture model in _AllHP physics constructor. But Geant4 is as it is, and the simplest is not necessary simple ...

 I attach a modified version of PhysicsList of NeutronSource example.
 The key point is : if (model == "nRadCapture") SetMinEnergy (19.9*MeV)
 All the others modifs are needed to make this statement working.

 ps. Independently of this particular problem, I would not recommend to try to use ParticleHP + TENDL for time being.
