I cannot see the gamma results from the thermal neutron capture in Hadr03 with Gadolinium.
In example Hadr03 there is a macro for neutron capture using G4_B.
If I run the macro, i see the resulting 0.48 MeV photon from the thermal neutron - Boron capture, which is correct.
Let's say i change the G4_B to G4_Gd and run the same thermal neutron macro, I do not see the correct 43 keV and 49 keV photons from the Gd-thermal neutron capture.
Why is this?
thermal neutrons and Gadolinium should make the 43 and 49 keV photons.
If anyone has any suggestions, i am greatly appreciative.
Thank you very much, Kurt Van Delinder
