I'm using Geant4 to model spontaneous fission and I seem to be running into a problem with G4fissionEvent. I use the G4cout line to troubleshoot and determine where during the run I get this segmentation error and it appears to be right when the call is made to the G4fissionEvent constructor. I pass G4fissionEvent the same isotope name and time while the other two arguments are nu(-1) and energy(0) do not apply to spontaneous fission. The error typically would not occur until a sufficient number of events have been executed. From the description of a similar file (G4LLNLFission), the return from the function call are placed on the stack. Does this mean that I might running out of stack space or is this related to something else.
Please, Is there anyone else who is experiencing this issue and can kindly suggest a way to fix this. Thank you.
