 I ran rdecay01 with the attached macro.
 On output and plot, you can see the mean life time of Bi210[46.539 keV] = 4.327 ns

 In rdecay01 physicsList you will see SetThresholdOfHalLife(0.1*ps).
 If I remember well, the default is 1 ms (or 1 us ?); all time life below the threshold are set to zero.
