Question Number of Silicon atoms

Forum: Hadronic Processes

Hello everyone, quick question about number of silicon atoms per cubic cm. From online I gathered that silicon atoms per cubic cm is 4.995 X 10^22. However, when I do "G4double nbAtoms = material->GetTotNbOfAtomsPerVolume();", I get 4.9939e+19 as shown in attached. Am I missing something or is one of those numbers wrong. I'm trying to multiply cross section per atom x total atom number in target to get total cross section value.
