Dear Geant4 Experts

I am simulating neutron generation using Li7(p,n) reaction. for doing this I changed the example Hadr03 to consider electromagnetic and hadronic interactions. For physic list I used G4HadronPhysicsQGSP_BERT_HP() and emstandard_opt4 according example Hadr01. My geometry is a slab with thickness 1mm and I used the command /testhadr/det/setIsotopeMat Li7 3 7 0.535 g/cm3 in macro file to change target material. Now when I ran the program for 1000000 proton with energies 2.5 t0 15 MeV, no neutron is reported on terminal. for example some part of output is: The run is 1000000 proton of 2.5 MeV through 1 mm of Li7 (density: 535 mg/cm3)

 Process calls frequency:
	CoulombScat= 18	Transportation= 1000000	hIoni= 998931	hadElastic= 1050	protonInelastic= 1

 Nb of incident particles surviving after 1 mm  of Li7 : 1000000

 MeanFreePath:	173.36 um  +- 3.3116 um 	massic: 9.275 mg/cm2
 CrossSection:	57.682 cm^-1 		massic: 107.82 cm2/g
 crossSection per atom:	1256.1 barn  

 Verification: crossSections from G4HadronicProcessStore:
         CoulombScat= 0 cm2/g	0 pbarn 
      Transportation= 0 cm2/g	0 pbarn 
               hIoni= 0 cm2/g	0 pbarn 
          hadElastic= 0.11982 cm2/g	1.396 barn  
     protonInelastic= 0.0001645 cm2/g	1.9165 mbarn 
               total= 0.11999 cm2/g	1.3979 barn  

 List of nuclear reactions: 

                            proton + Li7 --> 2 alpha:       1   Q =   16.93 MeV
                          proton + Li7 --> proton + :     355   Q = -914.99 keV
                       proton + Li7 --> proton + Li7:     695   Q = -462.42 keV
                         proton + XXXX --> proton + :  998939   Q = -1.3803 MeV
                      proton + XXXX --> proton + Li7:      10   Q = -262.91 keV

   --> NOTE: XXXX because neutronHP is unable to return target nucleus

 List of generated particles:
            Li7:     705  Emean =  208.41 keV	( 10.071 keV --> 1.0528 MeV)
          alpha:       2  Emean =  9.7148 MeV	( 8.1097 MeV --> 11.32 MeV)

   Momentum balance: Pmean =  22.766 MeV	( 10.062 keV --> 87.253 MeV)

However with /testhadr/det/setIsotopeMat Be9 4 9 1.85 g/cm3 for 1000000 proton 5 MeV about 7 neutron and proton 15 MeV about 1588 neutron with Emean = 2.9112 MeV are produced.
