None Quite big disagreement of neutron moderate between MCNP and Geant4

Hi all,

I am using Geant4 to simulate the 2.25 MeV neutron source at the center of a heavy water ball. Geant4 shows the protons will be all absorbed when the radius larger than 60 cm. However, the MCNP shows even with radius 200 cm only 24% neutron were absorbed.

My codes originated from Hadr04, only changed the geometry from box to ball. If I don't use the capture process, I got almost the same result with MCNP

Any one has any idea about which one is right? My codes and the result were attached

Many thanks,
